Booking Process

All bookings must be made through the Planoly Store. A service is not confirmed until full payment is received. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.

Service Delivery

Readings are completed Monday through Friday and delivered via email. Standard turnaround time is 1–3 business days unless stated otherwise. Same-day services are not available through this website. There is no card-pull limit; the number of cards pulled is based on intuitive guidance.

Service Limitations

All services are for spiritual insight, entertainment, and personal guidance only. They do not replace professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or psychological matters.

Prohibited topics: health, pregnancy, fertility, death, legal matters, celebrity readings, and twin flame readings.

Outcomes and results are not guaranteed.

Confidentiality

All client information and reading content remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Communication Policy

All communication must occur via email only. Contacting me through social media regarding your order violates these terms. Repeated violations may result in service termination without refund and a permanent booking ban.

Payment & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds, no partial refunds, and no exchanges will be issued for any reason. This includes dissatisfaction with the reading, disagreement with the message, changes in circumstances, or buyer error. You are paying for my time and intuitive interpretation, not guaranteed results.

Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute. Any chargeback attempt will result in:

• immediate termination of services

• a permanent ban from booking with erinsreadings

• submission of all evidence to the payment processor (including completed work and communication logs)

Client Conduct

Respectful communication is required. Disrespect, hostility, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services without a refund and a permanent ban.

Intellectual Property

All reading content, written materials, and spell descriptions from erinsreadings are intellectual property. Redistribution, reposting, or duplication without written permission is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be brought directly to erinsreadings. Unresolved matters fall under the jurisdiction of the United States of America.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by U.S. law.

Updates

erinsreadings may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Final Acknowledgment

By booking a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in immediate service termination and a permanent ban.
